Active Listing
This is the fun part! We will coordinate your showings and review pending offers with your family. It’s our job to get as many eyes as possible on your home.
In Escrow
Once an offer is signed and accepted, this is generally when inspections, appraisals, and completion of paperwork takes place. Don’t worry, we help coordinate this too!
Closing
Time to schedule your signing day, deposit any funds and soon – hand over the keys so you can start your next adventure!
